I was at a press conference in my office this morning to brief the media on a notorious illegal dumpsite at Jalan 21/19A, SEA Park, which is right in the heart of my constituency.
Many people have seen illegal rubbish everywhere but they never know who exactly are the culprits. I was given some video footage and we manage to capture and identify the real culprits. Some were seen in their vehicles and we manage to see their vehicle registration numbers.
These information will be passed on the relevant departments in MBPJ for them to take further action on the litterbugs. It is the attitude of our people that is the root cause of illegal dumpings in this country.
