I visited Kris Biofuel, a company who manufactures 100% biodiesel (B100) for industrial usage from waste cooking oil today. Waste cooking oil are unstable under high temperature and should not be reused in cooking. Unfortunately such oil may be "recycled" into our food chain by unscrupulous manufacturer. The only way to reuse such oil, besides contaminating our drain and river, is to reuse it as a fuel for engines as second generation biodiesel.
