I have the time to check some of the paper cuttings in my hard disc. A lot fo them are in digital jpeg format.

These are the reports from the Star and NST dated 2nd March 2006 and the IGP at that time, Tan Sri Bakri Omar lamanted that some police officers, even to the rank of OCPD (Officer in Charge of Police District) lack knowledge on human rights lainding them into problem of human rights violation.

Tan Sri Bakri Omar was speaking about this when he was speaking on a three-day refresher human rights course for OCPDs which was attended by 145 OCPDs.

Now, looking at the recent clamp down and mass arrest by the polis force, I wonder how much had the content of human rights taught during the refresher course had got into the head of our OCPDs.
