The flood was so serious that flood water even flow to the pavement. Road surfaces of jalan Semangat was severely damaged. I believe it is due to several construction site nearby. Rainwater has got no where to go that the water all flows to loweer area of the road next to Sin Chew Jit Poh.MBPJ got to look into this. It is getting more and more serious.
