Lodge complaints yourself, how?

My friends, Edward Ling (Assistant to Hannah Yeoh, DAP ADUN for Subang Jaya) and Edward Lee (DAP ADUN for Bukit Gasing) had put up some interesting tips here and here on how to lodge complaints with MPSJ / MBPJ.

I don't intend to create new post on similar subject. For those who wish to learn about it, just follow the hyperlinks provided. Or the best you can do is to lodge your complaint here with MBPJ.

We want to educate and help the voters to help themselves. Voters are encouraged to lodge complainst THEMSELVES so that they own their complaints.

It is only when they complaints are ignored after numerous trials, then the elected representatives should be brought in.

As Edward Ling pointed out, help us to help you.

I think most constituents in PJ or SJ are educated thus they are able to file their own complaints.

This cannot hold true in some places like Cheras where you get a lot hawkers whom are illiterate.

However the support from ADUNs/MPs are important where any complaints failed to be entertained.

Previously local council heads do not even give a damn to MP/ADUN when they call for a meeting with the public.

Its time ADUN/MP mean business with the local council heads. Please find a mechanism for control so that local council heads will be fighting for their jobs where their performance can be monitored. Change their thinking that they are in the sales department and can be booted if not perform rather than they are in the cosy administrative job.

FYI. the link (http://www.mbpj.gov.my/eps/Pertanyaan/index.aspx)
is not even working. You get this error "Server Error in '/EPS' Application"
Anyway i don't believe anybody will read the complaint and take action. Thus we the Rakyat is hoping the ADUN can help out.
Anyway the spot-lights at the SS1 taman playground are almost all gone already. Still no repair and maintenance from MBPJ since several months alredy.
