Yes, we have sworn in two days ago and we have to submit our oral and written questions to the State Assembly Hall before 30th April 2008.I welcome you to propose questions or issues that I should raise in the coming state assembly meeting. Of course, the issues you suggest must be related to the jurisdiction of the Selangor State Government.
The next session of the State Assembly will start on the 21st May 2008 to 26th May 2008. Each ADUN will be given ten questions for oral replies and ten questions for written replies.
The question must be under the jurisdiction of Selangor State Government. For example, you cannot ask question like whether the petrol price will be reduced as petrol price is under the control of Federal Government. Question like this will be rejected by the Speaker and you will have no chance to put up a substitution.
Questions for written replies are normally question which required detailed explanations, tables, schedules, statistic from the government while questions for oral replies are normally questions that you can always pursue further by raising supplementary questions.
