Suggest YB counter the claims in the Legal Notice!

Suggest YB go Commercial Crime Dept to lodge a report and follow by a visit to MACC.

YB must open the Yellow Page and

1. call the top 3 Valuation Firm to assess the value of the "Istana"

2. call the top 3 Real Estate Firm to determine the value of the "Istana"

3. call the top 3 insurance company to ask for the sum insured for the said "Istana".

4. Call MBSA to check the the value of "Assessment" and compare with the value of properties which pay similar rate.

5. Call land office to check the "Quit Rent" and compare with the value of properties which pay similar rate.

6. Lodge a complaint to IRB to investigate whether the owner of the Istana paid his recent Income Tax.

7. Challenge the Owner of the Istana to show his Borang B that he submitted to IRB on or before 30 April 2009. (Did he submitted?)

8. Contact the Zakat authority to check whether the Istana owner paid his obligations which is compolsury under Islam. (Zakat is Wajib)

9. Set up an "On line Polls" (like DR. M) to conduct a research whether the majority of the community will agreed with statements in the Legal Notice issued by Athimulan & Co.

10. engaged a lawyer to put in the above 9 points in SD. Then, YB will be a member of SD Club.

If he really secured a loan from HSBC (M) Berhad.

The bank will certainly required him to insured the said property!

Thus, the sum insured will reflect the actual value of the "Istana"!

Even if he only obtained a RM400K loan, the insurance company will certainly required him to insured the full value of the property.

Chanllenge him and Athimulan & Co to justify that your statement is wrong and etc.
