Low water pressure - Syabas replied


I have received complaint from residents from Sea Park and Paramount Garden early May 2008 about the low water pressure lately due to some repairing works at Bukit Lanjan water reservoir.

I had then contacted Syabas on the complaints and have written a letter to Syabas to provide a proper media statement to inform members of the public, especially those who stays in affected areas.

A verbal reply was given, that their workers had worked round the clock to recover the water pressure. I had reprimanded them for not issuing proper notice.

I received a letter from Syabas yesterday that the real problem was caused by technical problems in SEA Park reservoir and the problem was resolved on 12th May 2008.
