以不实数据误导媒体和读者，黄冠文须检讨从政态度

马华新古毛州议员黄冠文日前针对一则民生问题以不确实的数据发表文告谴责乌雪县议会是非常不负责任的行为，也显示马华领袖在大选将近缺乏议题之际竟然铤而走险，以不确实的数据误导媒体和广大读者。

黄冠文日前发表一则文告，谴责乌雪县议会去年接获一名居住在新古毛退休花园（Taman Pesara）的居民投诉，即他住家外面的一颗树过于茂盛，希望县议会能够派员把大树砍掉。

黄冠文说这位居民虽然致函向县议会投诉，但是县议会回函说有关树木并不处于县议会的管辖范围之内，因此无法派员砍掉这棵树木。结果在这个月，这个大树倒下来，破坏其屋子和车镜。

黄冠文也借此机会抨击县议会和本人，没有尽责处理民生问题。

本人在新闻简报之后立即向县议会和负责处理新古毛区县议员杨赞喜接洽，结果所获得的资料和黄冠文在报章所言相差甚远。

该居民确实在去年曾经向乌雪县议会投诉，而乌雪县议会确实回函表示无法协助砍除该颗大树，原因是该树位于私人土地上。这点正是黄冠文故意避开不谈的重点。

县议员杨赞喜更表示，她在事发当天就已经接获投诉者古玛先生的电话，并且在第一时间前往事发地点巡视，她现场拍色的照片已经贴上她本人的面子书（https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.441798915865285.101896.100001055425117&type=1）

根据杨赞喜，附近的居民怀疑这棵树被雷电击中倒下，并挡住古玛先生门前的道路，进而砸坏他的住家部分屋顶和车镜。根据居民的消息，部分居民的家电相信遭雷电击中无法操作。消防队当时已经前来把树桐锯断，让道路通车。

从杨赞喜所拍下的照片，很明显地看到这棵树位于古玛先生住家的斜对面的一个丛林。县议会是基于这片土地是私人土地，因此无法清理该地。

所谓冤有头债有主。我想请教黄冠文，假如有一天他的邻居面对同样的问题，但是这棵树是种在别人的土地上，但是这位邻居反而向黄冠文索取赔偿，请问黄冠文愿意赔偿吗？不是黄冠文种的树，树木也不是种在黄冠文的土地上，怎么可能由黄冠文来赔偿？

同样的道理也适用在这问题，应该赔偿的是那片土地的地主。可惜的是，这片私人土地其实已经荒废多年。其地主下落已无迹可寻。

其次，黄冠文的文告似乎表示乌雪县议会完全没有协助处理这个问题。这是不正确的。乌雪县议员杨赞喜去年就已经和该投诉者接洽，也向他解释县议会无法处理其投诉的理由。杨赞喜甚至还建议他致函本人办公室以寻求援助。可是该投诉者过后并没有这么做。

在这情况下，黄冠文怎么可能诬赖县议会呢？我奉劝黄冠文在处理民生问题上秉持专业的态度。尤其是在处理个人的文告，决不能假手于人，要不然肯定错误百出。

孔子有言：“知之为知之，不知为不知，是智也”。令人遗憾的是，黄冠文选择把这句话倒转来念，变成“知之为不知，不知为知之，是痴也”！希望黄冠文能够悬崖勒马。

Conmen targets elderly ladies in Sungei Way

ELDERLY ladies in the Sungei Way new village in Petaling Jaya are being targeted by conmen who take advantage of their vulnerability.

Ooi Lea Choo, 63, said that she received a call about a week ago from a man who claimed that her 38-year-old son had been kidnapped and beaten up.

“The call came at about 1pm. The man spoke in Cantonese and asked for RM30,000. I could hear screaming over the phone and I immediately panicked because I really thought that they had beaten my son,” said Ooi.

Fortunately for her, she immediately called her son and found that he was in fact safe and unharmed.

Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng San said that at least five ladies living along the same road in Sungei Way had received the same call.

“We suspect that the man making the calls know these ladies well because he knew a lot about their family background. I tried calling back the number and a lady answered the phone saying she had no idea what I was talking about,” said Lau.

Another resident, who only wanted to be known as Mrs Chong, 69, said that she received a similar call telling her that her 38-year-old son working in Singapore had been kidnapped by Ah Longs (money lenders) and was beaten up.

“They also asked me for RM30,000. My husband was not around at that time and I was just distraught. I told them that I would meet them at the cinema to hand them the money but they immediately knew that the cinema was in front of the police station.

“Thankfully, one of my neighbours helped me call my daughter. She immediately contacted my son in Singapore and he was actually sleeping at home,” she said.

Lau said that these cheating cases was quite rampant in Sungei Way.

“Some people would offer residents goods at discounted prices provided that they commit a certain amount of deposit. One lady was cheated off her life savings of about RM70,000.

“I urge those who have come in contact with these conmen or were cheated to lodge a police report. Young adults working away from their hometown should communicate regularly with their elderly parents and update them of their whereabouts so that they do not fall prey to these conmen,” he said.

假阿窿骗说儿子欠钱被打 2妇女镇定没上当

（吉隆坡11日讯）又是电话诈骗案！两名妇女分別接获自称“阿窿”的男子来电，指儿子欠债不还，被人带走殴打，幸两人临危不乱，及时获知儿子仍安全才没上当。

　首名妇女黄丽珠（63岁）是于本月3日下午1时许，接到一名口操粤语的陌生男子来电，告知其大儿子因欠下阿窿多达3万令吉，如今遭人带走及殴打。

不让盖电话

　她今日在甘榜东姑区州议员刘永山陪同召开记者会时说，该名男子要她立即还钱，电话里更传来与其儿子声音相当神像似的求救声音，让她一度真的以为儿子欠债被人打。

　她当时要求对方不要再打儿子及答应付钱，並告知对方身上只有几千令吉，唯对方不让她盖上电话，几乎不让她致电给其他人求助。

　“我最终选择盖上电话，拨电给大儿子確定他正在工作且安全也较安乐，不再接听诈骗者电话。”

　另一名妇女张太太则说，她也在两、三个月前曾遭遇类似经歷，有人拨电指儿子欠债3万令吉，也不让她盖电话，由於儿子身在新加坡，让她极紧张。

　“我告知对方必须致电亲友筹钱，对方警告我勿向亲友透露详情，我则要求邻居帮忙致电女儿，瞭解儿子真正情况。”

　她说，当她发现儿子仍在睡觉才放下心头大石也没上当。”

刘永山：遇骗案速报警

刘永山说，如今有不少诈骗手法出现，居民必须提高警愓。

　他也促请民眾一旦面对诈骗案等，必须向警方报案。

　他指出，电话诈骗者不让事主盖电话，不给机会他们向家人求证，所幸两名妇女皆精明和保持清醒，才有机会求证孩子安全。

　“相信该行骗者来自同一个集团，他们也清楚诈骗对象的情况，希望孩子们应经常与父母保持联繫，让父母了解本身情况。”

汤木应协助潘铭英女士讨回2万令吉的棺材本

雪兰莪州马华公会公共投诉局主任汤木律师应该主动协助独中退休老师潘铭英女士，向他的前助理莫伟雄（简称“阿莫”）讨回2万令吉的棺材本。

自从行动党森美兰州万茂区州议员黄美美揭发一名独中退休老师潘铭英女士遭学生骗光棺材本及医药费，还被银行追债及控上法庭后，涉案的39岁男子莫伟雄（简称“阿莫”）的身份也曝光。

莫伟雄也是马华雪州公共服务及投诉局主任汤木的助理。汤木本身也承认阿莫是他的助理，但是阿莫已经针对此事向他辞职。

作为公共投诉局主任，汤木应该本着助人为快乐之本的道理协助潘铭英女士讨回她约2万令吉的棺材本，而不是以“不要把事情政治化”的政治辞令来推卸责任。

如果阿莫真的没有涉案，为何他选择辞职？如果阿莫是清白的，那么他理应可以无惧无忧地继续他的生活，无需辞掉现有的工作。

阿莫最后选择辞职，是否说明他本身做贼心虚？

更何况，潘铭英老师的时间揭发之后，其他曾经遭阿莫欺骗的受害者一一现身说法，其中有一位来之芙蓉的修车厂业者钟先生指阿莫赖账、公众人士也在社交网站指阿莫利用演唱会票券和慈善晚宴餐券诈骗。

面对着一连串针对阿莫的指责，汤木身为一名律师，而且在政坛和处理民生投诉20多年，理应看出事情另有蹊跷。

阿莫的言论是否可信？公众人士心中都一把尺来衡量。难道汤木本身那把尺还量不出来吗？

老摩哆跨州超速？老婦接5年前烏龍傳票

（八打靈再也22日訊）疑摩哆車牌遭盜用，老婦80cc馬力的舊摩哆被指跨州在大道超速，無辜接到交警“烏龍”傳票！

更甚的是，老婦于上個月接到的郵寄傳票，傳票上雖指她是在2006年違規，2008年印出來，卻相隔5年后才交到她手上。

來自八打靈51區A的老婦葉玉嬌 （69歲），今天攜帶相關文件及傳票，向甘榜東姑區州議員劉永山投訴。　

她于上月10日收到一封來自武吉阿曼警察總部的交通傳票，傳票指她在2006年4月30日下午2時24分，在打巴駕駛一輛車牌為BBU2829的轎車超速。

傳票註明是轎車

她于1982年買下摩哆，不曾騎摩哆到過霹靂州打巴，更不曾轉讓給任何人。

況且她已年邁及只有80cc馬力的摩哆，根本無法到那么遠。　

“檢查后發現，傳票裡註明超速是一輛轎車，我便馬上到雙溪威警局報案。”

她感到不解的是，摩哆一直以來都只在住家附近使用，如何在他州超速？

劉永山處理此案時指出，他已在12月7日致函給武吉阿曼警察總部要求撤銷傳票，但至今沒有回應。　

他恫言，如果警方沒進一步行動，他將致函給內政部，要求介入調查。

“希望交警在1月14日，老婦摩哆路稅截止前，把事情徹查清楚，以免影響更新程序。”

種蓖麻 空歡喜 青年不滿投資貨不對辦

（八打靈再也15日訊）合作社招攬民眾投資種植蓖麻種子，聲稱一噸蓖麻種子可獲1200令吉回酬，華裔青年聽信后投資3萬令吉，孰知只有不超過30%的種子成長，要求合作社退款卻被對方以1萬令吉打發，深感不忿！

何耀宏（42歲，財務規劃）指出，他去年11月看見報章刊登一合作社以高回酬率招資種植蓖麻種子，便聯絡對方商談合約，獲悉蓖麻種子只需4個月就收成，回酬為一噸1200令吉。
回酬為棕油雙倍利潤
　
他說，由于其父親種植棕油的回酬僅約一噸500令吉，還需時四五年才收成，種植蓖麻種子的回酬是棕油的雙倍利潤，且更省時，只要收成后轉賣給合作社，就可提煉逾1200種高品質的油，甚有商業價值。
要求退款諸多推搪
　
“當時，合作社負責人還帶我和父親到怡保的農場看種子的種植情況，我們滿意后便與對方合作，但前提是須投資3萬令吉向合作社購買種子和肥料，這筆錢由我付，父親則填平原本正種植棕油的農地讓我改種蓖麻種子，以示支持。”
　
他今日透過甘榜東姑區州議員劉永山，揭發此事。
　
何耀宏說，簽約后對方沒馬上提供種子，他催了對方兩個月才取得種子，當時不以為然，便回柔佛的園地開始種植蓖麻種子，孰知佈滿10英畝土地的種子，僅有不超過30%的種子成長，部分成長一半時枯萎，令人大失所望。
　
“之后對方建議我把種子改種在袋子，情況也一樣，我深感不妥，便要求終止合約及退款，因我只用了種子，肥料還原封不動，孰知對方以各種理由推搪，最后還想以1萬令吉打發我，欺人太甚！”

Park to be upgraded

I received a letter from MBPJ Landscape Department today, informing me that the small park in Jalan 20/1, Paramount Garden will be upgraded and budget for the upgrading project has been allocated in the 2010 council budget.

This is a good news for me and the residents staying around Jalan 20/1 as open spaces, fields and parks have been scarce in Paramount Garden and SEA Park.

The field has been left idle since many years ago. When I was first elected as ADUN for Kampung Tunku, I was brought by the residents on 18th June 2008 to visit the area. There were many holes in the field and it was surface was rather uneven then. I believe it is still the same now.

I was told that the field was a popular spot for fisher to catch earthworms. They would normally drop by the field before heading to Taman Aman, a recreational pond locating in Kampung Tunku. At that time, Taman Aman was not placed under MBPJ and a lot of fishers loved to fish there.

I hope that upgrading work can start early next year and the residents can make good use of the field for their getogethers and gatherings to enhance neighbourhood.

Residents complain of poor garbage collection and maintenance

WHILE the debate continues with regard to waste management contracts in Selangor, the quality of services rendered in certain places has dropped.

One such area affected by the shoddy services provided by Alam Flora contractors is Section 7 in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Academic consultant Dr Mahmud Abdul Wahab, 47, said the contractors previously collected rubbish in their area three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

“The contractor was changed a few months ago and rubbish collection became irregular. Sometimes, they will come once a week,” he said.

He said his neighbour even had to resort to buying extra rubbish bins because the existing one was full.

Another resident, Sim Chew, said that he even had to take his rubbish to a public dumpster once because the smell became unbearable.

Both have been living in the area for more than a decade.

Mahmud said the condition at the nearby Section 7 flats were even worse, with rubbish piling up at the common dump areas.

Sim added that the services for cleaning drains and cutting grass were also slacking, and some areas were overgrown with lalang.

“Sometimes, the drains get clogged and many areas have become a breeding ground for mosquitoes,” Sim said.

Mahmud said whenever they complained to the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ), they would be directed to Alam Flora.

“We pay assessment to the MBPJ so they should be accountable when services are not up to par,” Mahmud said.

MBPJ councillor A. Thiruveng-gadam had earlier spoken out against the state government’s policy of appointing Alam Flora contractors based on quotas to the Pakatan Rakyat component parties.

Local government, studies and research committee chairman Ronnie Liu had refuted the allegations.

Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng San had previously released a statement saying that he had sent a letter to Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim expressing the DAP’s view on the matter.

“DAP Selangor has been suggesting to the government to adopt an open-balloting system instead of recommending contractors based on political parties quota,” Lau said.

“Selection of credible contractors must be the top priority. Of late, cleanliness has dropped in certain municipalities like Subang Jaya, Sepang, Sabak Bernam and Kuala Selangor, where the contractors are appointed in accordance with party quotas,” Lau added.

“未事先通知影响生活”‧SS1居民不满发展计划

几十名居民周四（3月26日）早上出席八打灵再也市政厅的听证会，促请发展商和市政厅在进行和批准计划时，要多考虑到居民的生活、环境和交通所带来的影响。

居民说，发展商欲把SS1/26变为新公寓的主要出路，这会引起交通流量增多的问题。

居民说，发展商在国能的保留地，为公寓建筑新的道路是有问题的，因为，道路的顶端就是高压电缆，会存在一定的危险问题。

居民表示，这一带住宅区的道路本来就很狭窄，不符合60米，所以更不适合成为新公寓的主要出路。

潘俭伟：互相忍让解决问题

行动党八打灵再也北区国会议员潘俭伟表示，希望大家能互相忍让以解决这个问题。此外，现在也唯有再给大家一点时间，通过专家的意见，寻找解决方案。

发展商：不能完全停止运作

发展商代表表示，他们不可能停止一切的运作，因为原本的计划是于今年4月完成。此外，他们的工程也是通过八打灵再也市议厅的批准。

国能代表表示，他们已经停止发展商在国能保留地建筑新的道路。

刘永山：2周后再办听证会

甘榜东姑区国会议员刘永山表示，这是一个很棘手的问题，也唯有再给大家多几天的时间，从长计议，想出更好的解决方案。他也说，会在2周后再举行一次听证会。

MBPJ given four days to come up with solution to traffic problem

THE Petaling Jaya Municipal Council (MBPJ) has been given four days to come up with a solution to the Paramount View Condominium traffic problems.

Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng San said a decision had to be made within two weeks.

"If the matter still cannot be solved, we have to bring it up to the state government,” said Lau after chairing a public objection hearing at the MBPJ headquarters on Thursday.

The hearing was attended by about 30 residents, representatives from the developer, MBPJ and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) officials.

The 233-unit condominium was nearing completion but residents in the area are in a hot dispute over the placement of access roads leading to the project, including SS1/39, Jalan SS1/25 and Jalan SS1/26.

Tempers flared during the hearing as the residents questioned the MBPJ for allowing such a project to be approved without having a traffic impact assessment study done.

Besides the objections from residents, the developers came to a deadend when the TNB issued a court injunction to prevent them from building an access road leading into SS1/26.

“Because of safety issues, we do not allow roads to be built parallel to our high tension cables. It would also pose a problem when we want to do maintenance work on the towers,” said a TNB official.

A representative from Sri Aman Development Sdn Bhd said MBPJ had given them the go-ahead to build the access road.

“Building the road connecting SS1/39 to Jalan 21/1 will also be a problem because the gradient is too steep and the fire department will not approve it,” he said.

Lau requested the MBPJ engineering department to install speed breakers along SS1/25 and Jalan 22/44 so that the contractors could temporarily use the roads until a decision is made.

Punched for doing civic duty

A 23-YEAR-OLD man was assaulted recently when he approached two men and told them not to put up posters advertising money-lending services in SS2, Petaling Jaya.

The incident happened shortly after the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) launched a blitz to remove illegal banners, bunting, posters and wall bills in the city.

“I was doing some grocery shopping when I saw two fair-skinned guys in their 20s putting up the posters on lamp posts, bus stops, and other public amenities around SEA Park and SS2,” said the man who only wanted to be known as Kuah. He was with Damansara Utama assemblyman Dr Cheah Wing Yin’s special assistant Richard Yap at the time.

“I tried to reason with them and told them that what they were doing was illegal and improper. One of them got agitated and punched me in the head.

“The guy stopped attacking me when a police patrol car happened to pass by and two police officers tried to diffuse the situation,” he said.

Kuah said the two men continued arguing, claiming that what they were doing was legal and that they had the licence to do it.

Both parties then lodged reports at the Seapark police station.

Kuah said he was accompanied by Yap and five MBPJ councillors.

“Our statements were taken down and the officers said they would investigate the case,” said Kuah, who stressed that the assault would not deter him from performing his civic duties and keep the area free of illegal posters.

Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng San condemned the act and said it was unnecessary to resort to violence on civilians.

“I hope the council’s enforcement officers will buck up and clean up the city soon. If they’re unable to clean the city of such illegal posters, I’ll propose the clean-up campaign which I organised in my constituency to the MBPJ,” Lau said.

He had recently organised a two-month campaign to take down illegal commercial banners in the Kampung Tunku constituency and to empower the people to take care of their area.

Lau said those who wanted to put up posters and buntings around the city should do through the proper channels.

Quick Response Team

FROM now on, the Petaling Jaya City Council should be able to patch up a pothole within 48 hours from the moment you inform them of the location.

This is the promise of the council with the launch of the Quick Response Team on Thursday at the MBPJ headquarters. The team headed by the Engineering Department director is made up of three groups dedicated to acting on residents’ complaints. “The team is formed to tackle public complaints while cutting bureaucracy. Each of its members is committed to act on the calls in the shortest time, yet not compromising on the quality and productivity,” said mayor Datuk Mohamad Roslan Sakiman at the launch.

The role of the team is to check cleanliness, monitor the condition of public amenities and facilitate enforcement by looking out for those flouting regulations.

The uniformed team members are always equipped with a sky lift, saw, cleaver, hoe, torchlight, work signage and safety jackets to carry out their duties at once.

The complaints they take care of include flash flood, pothole, uprooted tree/ fallen branch and faulty traffic light.

“Each unit will also make their rounds during working hours to look out for these problems and fix them without waiting for anyone to make a complaint,” he added.

“The team is always ready to be called anytime, especially during weekdays,” he said, adding that the complaints would also be assessed so that they could be dealt with based on the urgency.

He highlighted that the council received 6,835 complaints last year and that 5,903 had been remedied while the rest were being seen to.

The public can forward their complaints by calling the MBPJ 24-hour hotline at 03-7954 2020 or send an SMS by typing mbpj aduan type of complaint to 33733. Complainants will receive acknowledgement of receipt and reference number on the same day.

MBPJ tubuh pasukan pantau kebersihan

PASUKAN CEPAT. Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) menggerakkan Pasukan Bertindak Cepat (QUIK) di seluruh kawasan seliaannya bagi memantau kebersihan dan infrastruktur.

Serentak dengan itu, pasukan tersebut bertanggungjawab melakukan pemantauan yang membabitkan jalan berlubang, lampu isyarat rosak, pokok tumbang, banjir tanpa menunggu aduan dibuat oleh orang ramai.

Datuk Bandar MBPJ, Datuk Mohamad Roslan Sakiman berkata, melalui pertubuhan pasukan itu, ia mampu menyelesaikan aduan orang ramai dengan kadar segera.

Untuk itu, orang ramai boleh menyalurkan aduan menerusi hotline MBPJ di 79542020 atau SMS ke MBPJ dengan menaip mbpj jarak aduan jarak jenis aduan dan hantar ke 33733.

（雪兰莪‧八打灵再也）八打灵再也市政厅周四（1月22日）推介“快速反应队”（Quick Respond Team，简称QRT），专门处理公众投诉的民生问题，并定下在48小时内，解决公众投诉的问题。

免除繁文缛节

八打灵再也市长拿督罗斯兰说，成立快速反应队的目标，是要在接到公众投报后，免除所有的繁文缛节，以提供更快捷的服务素质。

他说，快速反应队由多个小组官员组成，再分成3个小组，目前共有10名成员，工程组主任为组长，而组员将会审核公众的民生问题投诉，并优先处理较严重的民生问题；另外，快速反应队随时做好准备，立即前往投诉地点做出补救行动。

他指出，快速反应队将会在上班时间巡视灵市，并采取主动的行动解决民生问题，而不只是等待公众的投诉，其他任务包括检查及巡视灵市的卫生、基本设施、公共设备及管理市区的秩序，确保公众没有违反市政厅拟定的政策及规则。

“快速反应队将会身穿制服，并随时携带锯子、巴冷刀、照明灯、锄头、工程告示牌、反光外套等配件，整装待发处理民生问题；当然，能力范围以外的投诉，将会寻求援助，也将会更耗时。”

他是出席快速反应队推介礼上，如此表示。

另外，罗斯兰说，去年市政厅接获6835宗投诉个案，其中5903宗投诉已经获得解决，其余则是在处理当中。

Residents upset over access road

PETALING JAYA: Residents in Section 22 staged a peaceful protest yesterday against the developer of a condominium project which they fear will turn their neighbourhood into a congested area.

About 300 people gathered in front of the Paramount View condominium project site and carried placards objecting to the development.

The residents were upset that the developer was going ahead with the building of the main access road to the condominium along Jalan SS1/25 despite a stop-work order issued by the Petaling Jaya City Council.

They said the access road would add to the traffic congestion along Jalan SS1/25.

Petaling Jaya councillor S. Ramakrishnan, who was present at the gathering, said the council had only allowed roads to be built along Jalan SS1/26 and not along Jalan SS1/25.

"The matter will be discussed next Thursday with the relevant authorities," said Ramakrishnan.

Residents also threatened to build a wall to prevent vehicles from the condominium going through Jalan SS1/25 and Jalan 22/44 if the developer continues to disregard their request.

They claimed that the development work had led to cracks in their houses.

Residents also complained that the lorries going in and out of the construction site had damaged the roads in the area.

They blamed the project for clogging up the drains and causing flash floods in the area.

"The drainage system is ruined, we never had flooding problems before but now we do," said resident Alimah Arsat.

Another resident R. Indran said the residents were never consulted over the project.

"There was no public hearing and we only learnt about it when the piling work started. The massive project has taken a toll on us and the developer isn't keen to help us."

Resident David Chong said a friend of his, who is a consultant, had told him that there was soil movement beneath his house.

However, when the developer's insurance agent visited his house, he was told that his house was safe to be occupied.

"Until today, I have not been given any documentation to support their claim that my house is safe to be occupied. The developer also has not repaired the cracks in my house," he said.

Also present at yesterday's gathering were Petaling Jaya Utara member of parliament Tony Pua and Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng San.

拆布條有獎 奏效‧劉永山：報告呈市政廳作參考

（雪蘭莪‧八打靈再也）行動黨甘榜東姑州議員劉永山指出，他在去年12月至今年1月31日在此選區展開的“拆布條，有獎金”活動的極佳反應，並將把活動報告呈交給八打靈再也市政廳，以便當局作為參考。

他說，上述活動獲得此選區居民的熱烈反應，並成功拆除逾萬張布條，大部份非法布條屬借貸性質的廣告。

“據瞭解，大部份的非法布條是張掛在百樂花園、東南亞花園、雙溪威等地區的商業中心，住宅區只佔了少數。”

撥1萬5000當作獎金

他表示，“拆布條，有獎金”活動是從此選區撥款中，撥出1萬5000令吉作為居民拆除非法布條的獎金。

他指出，該活動分別在20區、21區、22區、SS1、SS3和SS5A區進行測試，每個地區分別獲得2500令吉。

此外，他表示，他曾向市政廳提出上述活動的建議，惟官員以拆除布條後，隔日又出現新的布條為借口推拒。有鑒於此，他唯有自行進行此項計劃。

“據我在兩個月活動期間中觀察發現，商家是在非法布條被拆後的5至7天重新懸掛布條。倘若執法官員積極執行任務，相信將可阻止商家懸掛非法布條的行為。”

測試所需開銷可行性

他說，“拆布條，有獎金”主要為測試該措施所需的開銷和可行性，如今證實該措施的可行性極高。

“有鑒於此，倘若市政廳有意仿效上述活動，可以用我提呈的活動報告作為參考和指南，並從中計算活動財政預算，達到事半功倍之效。”

他指出，他將再次向有關當局提出建議，至於是否將被接納則交由有關當局自行決定。

他表示，八打靈再也市政廳日前開始積極展開拆除非法布條行動，如果有關活動見效，八打靈再有望恢復原來整潔市容。

抨发展商擅建公寓入口‧SS1居民和平纠察

（雪兰莪‧八打灵再也）甘榜东姑居民申诉，当地某公寓发展商，疑没获居民及八打灵再也市政厅同意，便把狭窄的SS1/25路建为新公寓主要道路。逾100名附近居民，今日（周一，2月9日）聚在该发展商仍未竣工的公寓门前，手执海报布条，希望发展商正视他们的心声。

居民代表阿都拉沙尼披露，发展商原本的建筑图测已注明，出入该公寓的主要道路圈定为较为宽敞的SS1/26路，而工程进行时，市政厅也同意让发展商使用SS1 /25路，作为工程车辆出入用途。

他指出，SS1/25路是一条非常狭窄的道路，平时若两辆车同时进入，都需互相迁就才能顺利通行，他不敢想像，若此路被开放为公寓主要入口后，公寓约600辆汽车出入及胡乱泊车，将会引起的严重后果。

此外，由于建筑工程与民宅比邻而立，一些单位也出现龟裂问题，令人疑和工程施工有关。

居民代表英德然说，他希望发展商能全力修补受损的民宅，至今对方仅进行拍照等例行公事，还未有确实的补偿及解决方案。

和平纠察现场也发生一段小插曲。来历不明者到场向居民呛声，引起警察关注，派了逾15名持械警察在现场驻守。

吁监督发展商
确保不留手尾

甘榜东姑及22区的居民要求八打灵再也市政厅扮演积极的监督角色，指示发展商在竣工前，需完成各受损单位的修补工作、停止使用SS1/25路及解决排水系统问题后，才批准入伙纸。

八打灵再也市议员拉曼指出，市政厅已多次和居民及发展商会面，发展商早前已提呈房屋龟裂赔偿方案及公寓出入口图测，并确保对方遵照承诺完成所需解决的事后，才会发出入伙纸。

行动党八打灵再也北区国会议员潘俭伟及甘榜东姑州议员刘永山，在出席居民的和平纠察活动后向居民保证，他们绝不妥协，一定会与市政厅保持联系，一同监督整个工程和赔偿事宜的进展。

Syarikat telekomunikasi degil

KUALA LUMPUR: “Mereka masih degil,” kata Ahli Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ), Lau Weng San yang berang dengan sikap berlengah syarikat pemilik menara pemancar telekomunikasi di Jalan SS 3/49, Taman Subang di sini, yang belum menghantar pelan pembinaan menara baru di kawasan itu walaupun sepatutnya berbuat demikian dua minggu lalu.

Katanya, syarikat terbabit juga tidak memaklumkan mengenai sebab kelewatan menghantar pelan berkenaan sekali gus menimbulkan tanda tanya mengenai komitmen mereka untuk membina menara baru seperti yang dipersetujui, baru-baru ini.

“Saya pun tak tahu apa masalah mereka, tapi nampaknya syarikat itu seperti tidak bersungguh-sungguh berhubung hal ini. Dalam perbincangan bulan lalu, mereka bersetuju kemukakan pelan menara baru sebelum 5 Januari, tapi sehingga kini belum menghantarnya.

“MBPJ tidak akan berkompromi mengenai perkara ini dan sekiranya mereka gagal menyiapkan menara baru seperti dijanjikan Mac nanti, kami tidak teragak-agak untuk menghentikan operasi mereka di kawasan berkenaan,” katanya ketika dihubungi, semalam.

Harian Metro 20 Disember lalu, melaporkan mengenai tempoh dua minggu diberikan kepada syarikat pemilik menara pemancar telekomunikasi di Jalan SS 3/49, Taman Subang, Kelana Jaya di sini untuk menghantar pelan pembinaan menara baru kepada Konsortium Jaringan Selangor (KJS) sebelum diserahkan kepada Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) untuk kelulusan permit.

Lokasi menara baru juga ditetapkan mesti mempunyai ketinggian dan berkedudukan 30 meter dari kediaman penduduk selain perlu disiapkan Mac tahun ini.

Keputusan muktamad itu diputuskan dalam mesyuarat sejam setengah antara MBPJ, KJS, Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia (SKMM), syarikat telekomunikasi terbabit dan wakil penduduk di sini, sehari sebelum itu.

Sementara itu, Setiausaha Persatuan Penduduk Taman Subang, Musa Abdullah, ketika dihubungi berkata, dia kesal dengan kelewatan syarikat terbabit menangani perkara berkenaan.

废置工厂长蚊虫‧业主请快处理免受罚

（雪兰莪‧八打灵再也）雪州行动党副秘书张菲倩针对八打灵再也第8和第13区工厂废置导致蚊虫滋长、环境污染的问题，呼吁业主尽快进行处理，否则市政厅将对之发出传票。

“废置的工厂以及住家如果没有根据市政厅的指示，或传票限定的期限内进行处理，市政厅有权封锁工厂，并且向业主追讨清理费用。”

刘永山表示，八打灵再也是个拥有50年历史的城市，随着经济不振，外资撤退后，八打灵再也多个钢厂都废置。

“当然，人口老化问题也是造成房屋废置的主因，这些问题将导致社区变得单调和乏味。”

他希望，州政府可以颁发指令，将有关的社区发展成“综合商业中心”，为社区灌入新的生命力。
